Nestled in the heart of Denton since August 2024, this charming tea house invites you to savor exquisite blends while exploring a curated collection of thoughtfully selected gifts. Discover the perfect haven for relaxation, conversations and indulgence.
We accept walk-ins and reservations Thursdays and Fridays. 11am - 3pm
We are by reservation only on Saturdays and Sundays. We feature a set menu that changes monthly. This is $48 per guest. This will include tea sandwiches, scones, pastries, and tea. Please give us a call or text for further details about our seasonal featured menu!

My partner and I had a perfectly whimsical experience when we visited during the Beatrix Potter themed menu! Everything was delicious and made with care, and the variety of teas to select were lovely as well. The amount of love put into this place really shows in every aspect of the space and experience, and it’s perfect for any age!

The cutest spot for afternoon tea😍 Came here because they offered gluten free options. The staff was knowledgeable about the risks of cross contamination and recommended we come when they first open at 11am to reduce kitchen risks. I was given my own separate display of sandwiches, a scone and several desserts. It was all delicious and we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the Lord of the Rings themed tea! The atmosphere, food, and service were wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and they had a tasty gluten free option for one of my daughters! We will definitely return!

I’ve attended the January and February themed afternoon teas with different groups and both visits were lovely! First, the ambiance takes you back in time to the Regency era to feel like you are celebrating with Jane Austen vibes. The service was top notch with friendly owners and staff. The food, well to say it was delicious seems is an understatement. The scones alone would have me returning for another visit. Everything from the tea, sandwiches, and delectable desserts was homemade and definitely used high quality ingredients. I think they could open up a bakery on the side if they wanted to. Thanks for a delightful time, we will see yall there soon!

Top tier experience at 3 Roses Tea Room this past weekend! Such attention to detail! Atmosphere, service and especially the food were a real treat. The complimentary mocktail along with the hot tea was a very nice and refreshing touch! Open view into the kitchen which was immaculate. The bathrooms were spotless and included a changing table for those who might need it.
